St. Supéry Estate Vineyards and Winery is a 100% Estate Grown, sustainably farmed winery committed to producing the highest quality estate wines without compromise. As one of only a handful of 100% estate wineries in the Napa Valley, St. Supéry has the highest level of control over grape growing & winemaking processes, allowing us to manage our wine from berry to bottle. Our estate vineyards, Rutherford & Dollarhide, provide every drop that goes into St. Supéry wines. To be labeled “estate,” a wine must be produced entirely from grapes owned by the winery & made & bottled on the winery property. This high level of control, ensures the world-class wine quality for which St. Supéry is known. We strive to keep our land pristine & our wines at the highest quality & are proud to have both land & winery certified Napa Green.
Explore the wine portfolio of St. Supery Wines with winemaker regional director, Elizabeth Parenteau. Chef Paul Mattison has created a delicious 5-course menu perfectly paired with select St. Supery varietals.
St. Supery is certified Napa Green. The Napa Green program represents a soil-to-bottle approach to environmental stewardship and winemaking, integrating holistic management practices at every step of the process. Independent, third-party certification of farms and winemaking facilities makes Napa Green one of the most comprehensive environmental accreditations in the wine industry, requiring continual improvement for renewal.
Just as Chef Paul is committed to serving menu items made with all-natural, antibiotic and hormone free ingredients, St. Supery is committed to producing the highest quality estate wines, without compromise. Through their commitment to sustainable winery and farming operations, they are protecting the land and environment for future generations.
