AWARD WINNING CHEF PAUL MATTISON TO HOST
6-COURSE BENZIGER WINE DINNER
BENEFITING THE NIMAN RANCH NEXT GENERATION SCHOLARSHIP FUND
WITH SPECIAL GUEST CHRIS BENZIGER
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 21ST, 2017 AT MATTISON’S FORTY-ONE
Sarasota, FL (June 21st, 2017) Chef Paul Mattison, Executive Chef and Proprietor of Mattison’s Restaurant Group, will host a 6-course Benziger Family Winery Dinner benefiting Niman Ranch’s Next Gen Scholarship Fund. Benziger Winery, a family owned ranch in Sonoma County, produces certified Biodynamic organic wines using sustainable growing methods. As a result, these award-winning wines are not only great in the glass, they are great for the environment too. Like Benziger Winery, Niman Ranch believes the importance of sustainable production. All Niman Ranch livestock is Certified Humanely Raised using traditional farming practices, resulting in the finest tasting meat in the world. Together, our special guest Chris Benziger along with Chef Paul Mattison’s cuisine featuring Niman Ranch will be the perfect pair for an evening to remember.
Proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Niman Ranch Next Generation Scholarship Foundation. This fund is designed to raise awareness around the loss of traditional farming and ranching practices and to ultimately help maintain this way of life. Their goal is to help give the children and family members of Niman Ranch farmers a better opportunity to return to the farm by helping pay for some of their education.
Benziger is a biodynamic, sustainable winery. Every wine in the portfolio carries a third party certification of green farming practices. What a wonderful compliment this will be with Mattison’s commitment to using all-natural, never-ever, sustainable products from small family owned farms
Join Chef Paul and Special Guest Chris Benziger, Vice President of Trade Relations for an exquisite 6-Course wine pairing dinner.
