Chef Paul Mattison welcomes you to the latest Mattison's restaurant, Mattison's Riverside, 1200 First Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida. This waterfront restaurant and ballroom found in the heart of downtown Bradenton is located  at the well known Twin Dolphin Marina (built in 1928). This newly renovated Mattison's restaurant offers a new lunch and dinner menu along with a sushi bar.  Chef Paul Mattison combines his Mediterranean flair with a hint of Asian flavor while focusing on fresh seafood, lamb, duck and beef. Mattison's Riverside restaurant and ballroom, not only offers indoor and outdoor waterfront dining but also a 140 seat dining deck with an outdoor bar and fire pit; private dining rooms; a sushi bar; a main dining room; live music nightly; and on the second floor is an elegant, private ballroom with stunning views of the Manatee River seats up to 180 people and is perfect for weddings, private parties, business gatherings, or gala events.  New additions to the historic building will include a complete overhaul of the entire interior including wall surfaces, lighting, carpeting, flooring, exterior decking, as well as interior and exterior furnishings. The outside of the building was recently painted and the landscaping will be given a fresh look with new tiki torches, trees, and lots of tropical plants and flowers.
