Chef Paul Mattison is busy putting the final touches on his new Mattison's Forty-One which is set to open November 15, 2007 (in a perfect world).

Mattison's Forty One is comfortable elegance with Mediterranean flavors! This new location features a medley of exciting elements from our other Mattison's restaurants, but blended to fit our new Mattison's Forty One location. The restaurant has been completely renovated and the decor is elegant (table cloths, marble, new carpet and beautiful tile floors, slate and granite, smoked and etched glass) while the atmosphere is friendly, fun, and comfortable. The menu includes fresh seafood; Mattison's signature meat dishes like lamb, aged beef, and duck; we have a complete tapas menu, including sushi, calamari, Chef Paul Mattison's signature "Artichokes Esther", fresh salads, brick oven pizzas, and more.
