Syrah From Around the World, from spicy to fruity including their blends, will be the focus of this wonderful wine tasting evening. Mattison's sommelier introduces you to Syrah, and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. After an informal discussion, a vote will be taken to choose the best wine for that evening.

July 11 at 7:30pm, husbands, boyfriends, partners, and friends are invited to join a special wine paired dinner tasting, where we will serve all of the favorite selections from the previous weeks with an exquisite dinner. This Annual Conference is held in a different Florida City to showcase that city's preservation success stories. The Conference consists of a two days of workshops and tours and then a third day of day-long tours, with events each evening of the conference with a total attendance of approximately 350-500 professional preservationists, preservationists activists, design review commission members and other interested persons. All events are catered by Mattison's.

The American Red Cross is holding its Hurricane Bash 2007 featuring dinner catered by Mattison's, dancing, auctions and celebrity guest Jim Cantore from The Weather Channel. Proceeds benefit the local chapter's hurricane preparedness and response programs.
