Mattison’s Steakhouse at the Plaza will be hosting a five course dinner and wine tasting featuring the fine wines of the Ferrari Carano Winery. A different wine will accompany each course prepared for this elegant and informative dinner. We are pleased to share a special Chardonnay reserve, a Bordeaux blend called Trésor, a Cabernet Sauvignon and a black Muscat with dessert.

Located in California, the Ferrari Carano Winery has vineyards in four main regions, the Alexander Valley, the Russian River Valley, Dry Creek Valley, and Carneros, which together create a rich variety of wines.
