Breakfast at Night – woodland mushroom French toast, chicken liver butter, strawberry-sandpiper rose syrup paired with a 2010 Porter Sandpiper Rosé
Crispy Fried Oysters – fennel slaw, smoked bacon, peach-peppercorn marmalade paired with a 2009 Porter Chardonnay
Duck Confit Roulade – grape leaves, phyllo dough, carrot fondue paired with a 2008 Porter Sandpiper Red
Buffalo Short Rib – potato-lemon thyme cake, grilled Brussels, golden raisins, Cabernet reduction paired with a 2006 Porter Cabernet Sauvignon
Chocolate Tower paired with a 2007 Porter Syrah
