Mattison’s Monthly Wine-Pairing Dinners are usually served in five-courses, often using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients and feature a vineyard chosen by Chef Paul Mattison. Each dinner is unique and the courses are designed to be paired with a specific wine. A common thread, either a vineyard, wine maker, or theme is highlighted. Chef Paul Mattison invites the wine maker or wine representative to attend these intimate evenings which allows the opportunity to, not only partake in the most creative meal in Sarasota, but the an chance to learn about the food and wine you enjoy during the dinner.
