Florida Winefest & Auction Presents the 5th Annual Wild Truffle Dinner Saturday, November 19th at Mattison’s Forty-One Content

Sarasota, Florida – (Nov. 3, 2016) – Sarasota’s celebrity Chefs Chris Covelli and Paul Mattison will bring “Tuscany to the Table” during the 5th Annual Wild Truffle Wine Dinner, an exclusive five-course dinner with proceeds benefiting local children’s charities. The popular annual gathering will take place on Saturday, November 19th at Mattison’s Forty-One at 6:30 p.m. Wines are presented by Carneros della Notte & Williamson Wines and paired with each course. A Martini Bar sponsored by Stoli Vodka will highlight the cocktail hour. Tickets are $200 per person. Mattison’s is located at 7275 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. Seating is limited. The chefs will also discuss the hunting of wild truffles, truffle dogs and the stories surrounding the wildly expensive mushroom-like delight adored by gourmets. Covelli, a culinary instructor in Italy and Sarasota resident, began hunting for the Tuscan truffles in early October.
