Sarasota, FL – (July 10, 2016) – Sarasota’s award-winning Chef Paul Mattison has announced his 2016 “Salute to Summer Wine Dinner Series” continues Thursday, August 18 at Mattison’s Forty-One and features the Argentinian Winery Casa Elsa Bianchi. Special guest Federica Nino, the Export Manager and Regional Ambassador of Elsa Bianchi, will welcome guests. The five-course dinner starts at 6:30 pm in the Galleria private dining room located at 7275 S Tamiami Trail. Chef Mattison created a summer menu featuring area farms and fresh local seafood. Chef Paul Mattison is executive chef and proprietor of Mattison’s,  the award-winning culinary group in Sarasota. Michael Rugers is President of Rugers Communications and has travelled the world as a sommelier and a fine wine expert best known for his passion for culinary wine-pairings. He is recognized internationally as an authority on fine wines from his background as either Director of Wine and Spirits at Tampa’s famed Bern’s Steak House or in New York City at Leroy Adventures (Tavern on the Green and The Russian Tea Room).
