Chef Paul Mattison and twelve others will travel, cook and sip their way through Italy this fall on one of Chef Paul's fabulous culinary tours.

Visit the local markets and discover the Chef's secrets for selecting the freshest fish, best cuts of meat, finest spices and most exciting ingredients. Learn about the culinary traditions of Italy and its cuisine through the expertise of Chef Paul Mattison and Italian Trattoria owner Carmelita Caruana.

Visit Sicily's famous wineries, and travel through time as you tour the "cava di vino" learning how they have maintained the traditional wine making methods for centuries while incorporating some new technology to produce some of Italy's best wines.

Of course there will be time to visit the famous archaeological sites in and around Siracusa, laze on the hidden beaches of the island Ortigia, explore the Baroque architecture in Noto, and picnic in the fields of Italy's greatest wheat producing areas.

We are almost sold out of our limited edition VIP Dining Club cards, valid at all three of Mattison's restaurants any time during normal service hours. Your membership entitles you to twelve meals where the food portion (appetizers, entrées, desserts, and side orders) of your bill will be divided by the number of people in your party. Two people, one-half is deducted; three people, one-third is deducted; four people, one-fourth is deducted, etc.

The price is $69 per card and is valid until January 31, 2006. This is a limited offer. All beverages, taxes and gratuities must be paid separately.
